Zecca is an exciting new
restaurant in the beautiful town of Amble,
Northumberland.
Specializing in traditional Italian cuisine with a modern
twist, the restaurant is headed by former North East
chef of the year Richard Sim.
The restaurant caters for up to 80 people and has
a traditional wood fired pizza oven and open kitchen.
Richard launches Zecca as one of the North East’s highest
regarded chefs, his CV is impressive training under world
renowned Marco Pierre White at the Berkeley Hotel,
Piccadilly, leading Tiger Tiger Newcastle as executive chef
and spearheading the Treehouse restaurant for the
Duchess of Northumberland, to name just a few of his
achievements.
Zecca aims to provide quality, affordable food combined with
Richard's high standards and love of local produce.
Designed to feel relaxed and contemporary, Zecca provides
the perfect venue for a pizza after work
with the kids, a night out with the girls or a romantic meal
for two. We also cater for parties.
Zecca has been a full year in the making by a team of local
